Spring Break is around the corner, don't forget to book your trip to Corpus Christi!

We're already start to fill up for Spring Break 2017.

Be ahead of the game to secure the booking of your choice before someone else grabs it!

Why does everyone love coming to Corpus Christi for Spring Break?  The answer is simple.

1.  The beach!  Who doesn't want to relax with their toes in the sand away from the hustle and bustle of the city.  Did you know North Padre Island is the longest stretch of undeveloped barrier island in the world?  And we like it that way!

2.  The USS Lexington - The "Blue Ghost" was a World War II aircraft carrier.  The carrier participated in nearly every major operation in the Pacific Theater and spent a total of 21 months in combat. Her planes destroyed 372 enemy aircraft in the air, and 475 more on the ground. She sank or destroyed 300,000 tons of enemy cargo and damaged an additional 600,000 tons. The ship’s guns shot down 15 planes and assisted in downing five more.

3.  Texas State Aquarium - Located practically next door to the USS Lexington, the Aquarium has tons to do for adults and kids alike.  Here are some of the favorites: pet stingrays and jellyfish, watch dolphin shows, see how dolphins live with below ground viewing, bald eagle exhibit, sea turtles and a wild hawk flight theater!  That's just to name a few.

4. Schlitterbahn Waterpark - North Padre Island's newest attraction.  Need a break from the beach to relax (even more) in a lazy river?  Or do you prefer rapid rivers that zig-zag you around fast turns?  Adrenaline junkie that would love blasting down a slide that's 46 feet high?  Or are you an aspiring surfer that wants to test their moves?  You'll find it all here at Schlitterbahn Waterpark.  They have a little bit of something for everyone.

If those don't give you enough reasons, keep in mind there is always surf camp, fishing (on your own or with a guide!), parasailing, and for foodies: some really awesome seafood and mexican restaurants.

We keep it small and personal with a friendly staff located on North Padre Island.

2017 is HERE!

Happy New Year friends & Family!

Thank you, sincerely, for a successful and prosperous 2017 here at Padre Escapes.
It was wonderful meeting people from all over the world (who knew?!) visiting North Padre Island.

Currently, we have quite a few Winter Texans staying with us to escape the cold & snow of the north.  We still have rentals available so if you're looking to get away from it all,
be sure to give one of our reservationists a call: (361) 949-0430

So what does 2017 have in store for us?  Here are a few events we're already booking up for:

Barefoot Mardi Gras Parade - February
Spring Break - March
Fiesta de la Flor - March
Easter - April
Sandfest - April
Mother's Day - May
Beach to Bay - May
Rockport Food & Wine Fest - May

Wishing you all a wonderful 2017.  Hope to see you!
